We want you to be confident in your enrolment. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

7+ days before start: Full refund minus 5% processing fee

After programme starts: No refund

🔄 Programme cancelled by us: Full refund or free transfer

1. Cancellation by Participant

If you wish to cancel your enrolment, you must notify us in writing at vivek@purclive.in. Refund eligibility is determined by the date we receive your written cancellation request, not the date of payment.

7 or more days before programme start: A refund will be processed for the full amount paid, minus a 5% payment processing fee. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Within 7 days of programme start: No monetary refund will be issued. However, you may request a transfer to the next available batch of the same programme at no additional charge (subject to availability).

After the programme has commenced: No refund or transfer will be provided once the programme has begun, regardless of the number of sessions attended.

2. Cancellation by Purclive

If Purclive India Pvt. Ltd. cancels a programme due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or any other reason, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid or may opt for a free transfer to the next available batch.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Study materials, workbooks, or digital resources that have already been accessed or downloaded are non-refundable. One-day and half-day workshops that have already commenced are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email vivek@purclive.in with your full name, registered email address, programme name, date of enrolment, and reason for cancellation. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
