1. Use of the Platform

You may use Purclive Academy for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any course content without prior written permission from Purclive India Pvt. Ltd.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on Purclive Academy — including videos, slides, workbooks, frameworks, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Purclive India Pvt. Ltd. and Dr. Vivek S. Unauthorised copying, sharing, recording, or redistribution of course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Payment & Enrolment

All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full prior to course access. Purclive India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change course fees at any time without prior notice.

5. Programme Delivery

While we endeavour to deliver all programmes as scheduled, Purclive India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued by Purclive India Pvt. Ltd. upon satisfactory completion of a programme. Certificates are not equivalent to any government-regulated professional qualification unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Purclive India Pvt. Ltd. and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this platform or reliance on any course content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant programme.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
